iFoundy: six people, two teams, one order that moves by itself.

In two days we built a boat builder a system where the customer says yes in one window and production starts in another. No Excel. Nobody retypes anything.

The problem we sweated over for two days

A small manufacturer has systems, but not one system. CRM, Excel, email, production and finance each live in their own world. Information gets copied by hand, handovers break, and the CEO hears about a problem when the customer is already calling.

Our answer: one order, one click. Lead → Won → Start Production. Data is entered once and used everywhere. The case company is XW Production, a builder of modular aluminium workboats.

iClient

Pipeline, boat configurator, quote, customer status page and feedback. The customer picks an engine and a cabin, price and lead time update instantly. One click on “Won” and the order exists.

Foundy

Procurement, subcontractors, production and documents. One click on “Start production” creates tasks, document slots and an audit trail. The CEO sees exceptions, not all the data. An AI assistant answers in text and voice.

Judging runs in five categories: Execution, Ideation, Design, Applicability, Presentation. The demo runs in Lovable on sample data. The process, fields and rules are the real company's. The real core is a self-hosted open solution in Estonia, with a classification and an audit trail on every record.
